Fees are non-refundable, except in the case of a failure on our part to negotiate a lower bill on your behalf.
All fees are due and payable upon completion of the negotiation process and with your consent, it can be automatically charged to the payment method on file in your account. If we are unable to successfully negotiate a reduction in your bills, you will not be charged a fee. We may charge a fee if we provide any additional service other than the negotiation service.
You understand that we cannot guarantee the success of any negotiation or the amount of savings that may be obtained. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to negotiate savings on your behalf. The amount of savings we can achieve depends on a variety of factors, including your service provider's policies and your individual account history.
By using Billshaper, you authorize us to negotiate on your behalf with your service providers. You agree to provide us with accurate information about your accounts and billing information. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the bills you upload, or for any consequences that may result from the negotiation of these bills.
Billshaper provides bill negotiation services to its customers. By signing up with Billshaper, you authorize us to negotiate on your behalf with your service providers to lower your bills. We may also recommend alternative service providers to help you save money.
Our Services allow you to negotiate with various companies to reduce your monthly bills for services such as cable, internet, cell phone, and other recurring expenses. We will review your bills and attempt to negotiate lower rates on your behalf.
You must be the owner or an authorized representative of the bills you upload to our service.
You grant us the right to access and use the information contained in the bills you upload, including personal and financial information, for the purpose of negotiating on your behalf.
As a bill negotiation service, our role is to act as an intermediary between you and your service providers. We contact your service providers on your behalf and negotiate better rates, discounts, and deals for you. The negotiation services offered by Billshaper are strictly limited to negotiating bills on behalf of its users. Billshaper does not guarantee any specific savings or results from the use of our service or any advice provided through our website.

When you use the Service, you give permission to Billshaper to access your Biller Account on your behalf and as your agent, including via the Biller's website, for the purpose of providing the Service. If a Biller uses a "CAPTCHA" or similar technology during the login process on its website, you also authorize the Service (or any third-party technology used by the Service) to decode such "CAPTCHA" on your behalf as your agent. Once you link or add a Biller Account through the Service, the Service will use the information you provide, including usernames and passwords, to log into the Biller's website.
Billshaper will collect payments for its services from its customers through payment gateways.
Customers may be required to provide their payment information at the time of signing up for Billshaper's services.
Billshaper will ensure that all payment information is collected securely and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
The payment gateways used by Billshaper may charge additional fees, which will be disclosed to the customers prior to making a payment.
